Navigator Program 2026

When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself. Program Information The Navigator Program is an intensive, hands‑on commercialisation experience designed to equip research teams with the practical skills, tools, and insights needed to progress their innovation toward real‑world impact. Across three focused and highly interactive days, you’ll work through a series of structured commercialisation exercises tailored to support and accelerate your project’s development. A core component of the program involves conducting early discovery calls to deepen your understanding of market needs, customer pain points, and potential product–market fit. You won’t be doing this alone—your UniQuest Project Manager will guide and support you throughout this process, helping you build confidence and clarity in your commercialisation pathway. At the conclusion of the program, teams will present their identified next steps and commercialisation strategy. Participants will also have the opportunity to secure $25,000 in follow‑on funding to support the execution of these next steps. This is your chance to sharpen your commercial thinking, validate your opportunity, and move your research closer to market with expert support behind you. We will hold a Webinar on Monday, 19th October 2026 for anyone who is interested in hearing more about the program, it's purpose and how it may support you in taking your project along it's commercialisation journey. Program Dates: Wednesday, 9 December (11:30am-4:00pm): Day 1; Thursday, 10 December (9:00am-4:00pm): Day 2; Thursday, 17 December (9:00am-4:00pm): Day 3

Describe the specific challenge or opportunity from the perspective of those who experience it. Who is affected, why does it matter to them, and how is the problem currently being solved (if at all)? Focus on evidence or insight into real-world pain points or inefficiencies.
Outline the types of people, organisations, or sectors you believe are affected by the problem and who could gain value from solving it. This might include end-users, customers, industry stakeholders, regulators, or community groups. Describe their context and why solving this problem matters to them.
Explain your proposed solution and how it addresses the core need or opportunity. Focus on the benefit or outcome you believe matters most to the intended audience. This is your early value proposition - it doesn't need to be fully developed, but it should reflect a clear direction.
Avoid technical details or confidential information.
